Mexico Art — Shipping Policy

We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. During peak seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Methods: We ship via USPS. Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days after processing.

Free Shipping: Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping within the US.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Packaging: Every piece is carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure it arrives safely. We use eco-friendly packaging materials whenever possible.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@mexicoart.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand in the future.
