Mexico Art — Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your handmade Mexican art. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition.

Exchanges: We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style when available.

Handmade Nature: Please note that each piece is handmade by Mexican artisans, so slight variations in color, size, and pattern are natural and part of what makes each piece unique.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@mexicoart.com with your order nuber.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
